Training

We are hugely proud of the training we offer at Smarter Cover. You will have an initial training period of 6 weeks, where we will teach you everything you need to know to be successful in your job. After this, you will receive training every single day to hone your skills and constantly improve your abilities.

Earning Potential

The earning potential here at Smarter Cover is phenomenal. You are directly in control of how much money you want to earn. We offer an industry leading bonus structure and you can earn bonus from the moment you join. In 2021 95% of all of our sales staff have earnt their full bonus each month.

Progression

Here at Smarter Cover we believe in promoting from within. 100% of our sales managers have been promoted internally and so far this year we have promoted a record number of sales people into our highest earning tier.
